The Start of the Indoor Season focuses on Sport and Art

From 5th – 7th October for the fourth time running, Riesenbeck International Indoors** offers show jumping … and this year some art, as well.

At the kick-off event to the indoors season visitors can experience top sport from Friday morning until the Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon as well as enjoy large-scale illustration of the artist Riccardo Guasco.

Gascos art is based on 1930s advertising style and deals with illustration of different sporting events and athletes. In his current equestrian series, he took Ludger Beerbaums starts at seven Olympic Games as subject for his illustration, which are presented at the Riesenbeck International Indoors** for the first time.

On the sport side of it, many top class riders are expected to come but also young up-coming-talents form the local riding club are about to experience international ambience for the first time.

Before the final of the medium tour on Saturday, the amateur riders will compete in their final of the L&S Tour, which they had to qualify for during the entire year.

Sundays highlight, no doubt, is the Grand Prix at 1.30 pm – and before that sponsor Autokrane Werner Spallek presents his final of the youngster tour.

On Friday evening after the last class, a party (free entry) offers the ideal opportunity to start a relaxing weekend.
